The Finance Manager plays a critical role in the dealership's profitability. You'll be responsible for securing financing for customers, structuring deals, and presenting a variety of financial and insurance products to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers through the full financing process, including credit assessment, loan pre-qualification, lender negotiation, and compliant deal documentation
  • Present and sell F&I products (extended warranties, GAP insurance, service contracts, etc.) tailored to each customer's needs and budget, effectively handling objections to maximize penetration rates
  • Structure financing deals that balance customer satisfaction with dealership profitability, utilizing available tools and techniques within legal and ethical boundaries
  • Deliver an exceptional, consultative customer experience by building trust, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring clarity throughout every step of the transaction
  • Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations, including the Truth in Lending Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act, and stay current on regulatory updates
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers, and train and mentor sales staff on F&I products and processes
  • Assist with sales reporting, financial analysis, and additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrates a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive finance required. Toyota, Lexus or other highline brand preferred.
  • Strong understanding of automotive financing principles and loan options.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and dealership management software (DMS).
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Knowledge of F&I regulations and compliance is a plus.
