Qualifications

• 2-4 years of prior Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with technology and desire to utilize it in the role.
• Valid in-state driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and manage the transition from sales to finance during vehicle purchases.
• Develop strong relationships with both customers and employees.
• Assess customer financing needs through a consultative interview process.
• Present transparent pricing and financing options to customers.
• Process finance transactions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
• Achieve targeted sales goals and ensure timely administrative processes.
