🔧 Express Lane Service Advisor Responsibilities- Schedule and manage express service appointments
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Write repair orders (ROs) accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with maintenance recommendations including oil changes, brakes, tires, batteries, and factory scheduled maintenance
- Recommend and upsell additional maintenance and repair services
- Communicate repair timelines, approvals, and service updates
- Coordinate workflow between technicians, dispatchers, and customers
- Ensure repair orders are properly completed and closed
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention scores
- Support daily operations in a fast-paced express service environment
• Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience
- Previous dealership experience required
- Express lane or quick service experience preferred
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
