Sheehy Toyota of Laurel is seeking Experienced Sales Consultants to keep up with customer demand. If you are a seasoned Sales Professional who want to better their careers in sales. This is an opportunity for you to turn your proven track record of excellent customer service and sales skill into profits. If you are an energetic, highly motivated, and result-driven team player, who not only want to close the sale, but to turn new buyers into lifetime customers. Come join our Sheehy Family as we continue to GROW! The ideal candidate would gave ONE year or more of SALES experience in ANY industry. We will train you to be the BEST Sales Consultant! (Excellent training provided). Previous automotive sales preferred. Bi-lingual skills are a PLUS!!

Responsibilities
  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
  • Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
  • Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.

Requirements
  • One year of SALES experience in ANY industry (Required)
  • Have a coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
  • Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
