Position Overview:

This positions serves LEONI's North American Development Department with design expertise to create and maintain E/E schematics in LEONI and customer's systems. The candidate should possess the capabilities to independently process E/E systems designs and to represent LEONI in front of our customers. This position reports directly to our Team Leader Harness Design in Troy, Michigan.

Job Profile Description
  • Import electrical device and subsystem information and process into schematics (hrn/cmp/csv files)
  • Determine inline and splice positioning
  • Create inline listings and pin-out
  • Perform resistance checks to meet system requirements
  • Create system level DVP&R
  • Assist in wire harness troubleshooting for the full vehicle
  • Assist in the performance of relevant engineering tools e.g. DFMEA, Design Reviews
  • Support all customer meetings and request
