What You'll Be Responsible For- Managing day-to-day operations of a busy automotive/truck repair facility
- Leading technicians, service advisors, and shop staff
- Increasing labor sales, shop efficiency, and gross profit
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Hiring, training, coaching, and holding employees accountable
- Ensuring jobs are completed correctly and on time
- Managing workflow, scheduling, and production goals
- Creating a positive, high-performance culture
- Monitoring KPIs including labor hours, comeback rate, ARO, GP%, and productivity
- Handling customer concerns professionally and confidently
What We're Looking For- Proven leadership experience in automotive or diesel repair management
- Strong understanding of shop operations and repair processes
- Ability to build and lead a productive team
- High energy, strong communication skills, and a sense of urgency
- Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable managing numbers, goals, and accountability
- Someone who leads from the front - not from the office chair
