What You'll Do

As a Business Manager, you will play a critical role in the customer experience and dealership profitability by:
  • Guiding customers through financing options and helping secure the best lending solutions available.
  • Presenting vehicle protection products and ownership-enhancement programs that provide value and peace of mind.
  • Structuring deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Building strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
  • Accurately submitting deals, obtaining approvals, and effectively closing transactions.
  • Preparing contracts and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Auditing completed deals and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Managing contract funding and helping ensure timely lender payments.
  • Maintaining compliance with all dealership, state, federal, and lender requirements.
