Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead, coach, and elevate our BDC team. This role is responsible for driving performance, accountability, and consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, and develop a team of BDRs
- Track and manage KPIs: calls, appointments set/shown, and sold
- Enforce CRM processes and ensure quality follow-up
- Improve appointment show rates and conversion performance
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Service leadership
- Monitor call quality, provide coaching, and drive accountability
- Analyze data and implement strategies to improve results
What We're Looking For- Proven BDC, automotive sales, or call center management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Experience with CRM tools (VinSolutions preferred)
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and accountability
- High level of organization and communication skills
