In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks to validate our software and system solutions. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including development, DevOps, and systems engineering-to streamline testing processes, improve quality assurance practices, and drive continuous integration and delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Develop and execute test plans for functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the lifecycle
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams
- Champion best practices for test automation, version control, and documentation
- Contribute to overall product quality by promoting test-driven development (TDD) and continuous testing strategies
QualificationsRequired:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of software testing, with a focus on test automation, experience
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, or JUnit)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience testing embedded systems or hardware-integrated software
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
- ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus
