The Opportunity
Lead intelligent control systems that shape the future of Energy-starting in Calgary.

This role puts you at the centre of digital delivery and operational excellence. As an Automation Lead, you will drive automation strategy and execution across complex projects, helping teams work smarter, faster, and more safely. From concept through deployment, your work will influence how infrastructure is designed, delivered, and operated across Western Canada and beyond.

Your Impact
• Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions across engineering and operational workflows
• Drive business development to support project growth
• Translate business and project needs into scalable automation strategies and roadmaps
• Champion continuous improvement through intelligent automation, scripting, and system integration
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed automation into project delivery and digital platforms
• Mentor and guide team members, building capability and consistency across automation practices
• Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to strengthen efficiency, quality, and reliability
• Support governance, standards, and best practices for automation across projects and programs

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK and YT: $135,200 - $179,100
MB and ON: $123,300 - $169,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI and QC: $122,100 - $162,200
