Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in test scripting and automation of hardware systems (excluding software application testing)
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as VB Script, MATLAB, and Python
- Working knowledge of CAN communication
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced lab environment
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with AVL PUMA / LYNX scripting environments
- Experience using CAN tools such as Vector CANalyzer
- Knowledge of Lithium-ion battery systems and battery characterization
- Experience with battery pack testing or related system-level testing
- Demonstrated effort to stay current with advancements in test automation and data management technologies.
