In this role you will beresponsible for collaborating with engineering and production teams to develop, program, implement, and maintain high-performance automation systems, leveraging advanced robotics and control technologies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, quality, and reliability.

:- Design, develop, and implement control systems for automated manufacturing equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and motion control technologies.
- Program, integrate, and optimize industrial robots for assembly, material handling, inspection, and other automated production processes.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC programs using platforms such as Rockwell Automation Studio 5000 to ensure reliable machine performance.
- Support the integration of vision systems, sensors, barcode scanners, and industrial communication networks to enhance automation efficiency and quality control.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve equipment performance, ensure compliance with safety standards, and drive continuous process optimization.
If you have/are:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in automotive or other regulated manufacturing environments with exposure to automated production systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, controls, robotics, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability and willingness to work on the production floor, support off-shift manufacturing issues, and provide support during launches or critical production events.
- Flexibility to work occasional extended hours and travel as needed for training, equipment commissioning, or technical support activities.
