$100,000.00-$150,100.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.   Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus. 

We are seeking a Developer to lead the design, development, support, and modernization of enterprise automation solutions. This role serves as the primary owner of RPA   bot operations while driving the evolution toward scalable, API-driven integration patterns.

The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on RPA development expertise with production support experience and a deep understanding of enterprise integrations (SAP, Microsoft ecosystem, APIs). This role will partner with business and IT teams to improve operational efficiency, ensure reliability of existing automations, and build next-generation solutions using modern automation and integration practices.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Development & Delivery

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using RPA solutions such as Automation Anywhere (A360) and Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)
  • Build reusable automation components, frameworks, and scalable workflows
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, optimization, and performance tuning

Production Support & Operations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for RPA   bot support and operations
  • Monitor bot execution, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve production issues quickly
  • Manage tickets, perform break-fix support, and ensure operational continuity
  • Execute minor enhancements, configuration updates, and credential changes
  • Maintain high availability and reliability for business-critical automations

Integration & Modernization

  • Design and support integrations with enterprise systems (SAP ECC, Microsoft tools, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Jira)
  • Develop and maintain API-based integrations using REST/SOAP services
  • Modernize legacy and UI-dependent automations into more scalable, secure, API-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with integration platforms such as webMethods or equivalent

Governance, Documentation & Best Practices

  • Develop and maintain Process Design Document (PDD), Solutions Design Document (SDD), runbooks, and operational documentation
  • Apply best practices for testing, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements
  • Support CI/CD practices and version control processes (Git/Azure DevOps)

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, QA, and IT teams
  • Contribute to RPA roadmap, maturity initiatives, and continuous improvement programs
  • Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal teams

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) in enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with development and support of Microsoft Power Automate
  • Proven experience in production support, incident management, and bot operations
  • Experience with SAP ECC integrations, particularly in finance or operations
  • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration design
  • Experience working with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, C#, JavaScript, or VBScript)
  • Experience with SQL databases and data handling
  • Strong understanding of deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of RPA and automation development experience.
  • Experience designing and modernizing   RPA solutions into API-based integrations
  • Experience with webMethods or other enterprise integration platforms
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for RPA
  • Knowledge of AI/Intelligent Automation
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Domain experience in finance, supply chain, procurement, or logistics workflows
