Automation Curator
The Automation Curator will be responsible for developing solutions using automation technologies in support of the overall enterprise automation initiative. responsible for the technical design, configuration and testing of automation as well as working together with the LoS Leads to identify reusable components and update technical environment. Guides the end users as well as team members in design, development, testing and maintenance of automation projects across the organization. Utilizes process automation best practices to ensure automations meet business requirements and meets stated targets for efficiency. Must be able to advise and/or develop multiple automation projects and ensure delivery within the given timeline. Will be called upon to coach, mentor and assist end users in advanced design techniques and best practices.

• Providing a superior level of experience and knowledge of the automation solution and associated methodology to support colleagues through all phases of the automation delivery lifecycle.
• Supporting the LoS Leads in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored Framework that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes within the company.
• Mentoring colleagues and providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
• Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.
• Designing automation process solutions in accordance with standard automation design principles and conventions.
• Configuring new automation processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automation processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

Person Specification
• Comprehensive and evident understanding of Tableau, Alteryx, and UiPath
• A willingness and ability to use their existing knowledge to rapidly learn how to develop automated processes - full training will be provided
• The ability to methodically solve business and technical problems using innovative and well-planned approaches
• The aptitude to contribute to the evolution of methodologies and procedures in a controlled manner to continually improve a rapid and repeatable delivery channel
• Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
