• Proven track record in automating deployment and roll-back processes across multiple environments.
• Experience leading Agile development teams for timely and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop a roadmap to automate existing manual build and deployment cycles.
• Lead and mentor a team of build/test/deployment engineers, both onshore and offshore.
• Transform the build/test/release environment into a fully automated system.
• Ensure consistent delivery with low defect rates in short iteration cycles.
• Implement advanced automated systems to support deterministic builds.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and stakeholders. <br/>
