Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in auto body, automotive, dealership industry or a related field preferred, but open to training the right candidate.
• Strong physical capabilities to lift and manage vehicle parts over 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to interpret and understand business financials.
• Experience with management and estimating systems needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop operations with a hands-on approach to production.
• Collaborate with the Office Manager for seamless communication between the front office and the shop floor.
• Enforce company policies as outlined in the B Street Employee Manual.
• Foster a positive team culture and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct and ensure quality control checks are performed thoroughly.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Manage compliance with necessary leases, licenses, and permits.
• Participate in the hiring, training, and onboarding of new employees.
• Spend time training across departments to enhance leadership effectiveness.
