LAW FIRM SEEKING EXPERIENCED FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY
Requirements:
- Licensed in the state of Texas for at least 3 years; practiced family law at least 3 years.
- Research and writing skills
- Interest in conducting hearings and being in the courtroom
- Interest in Mediation
-Interest in Consults
- Energetic and motivated
- Highly organized
Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel, Clio (preferred not required)
- Drafting of correspondence, pleadings, and discovery

We do provide gloves, masks, sanitizers, and are social distancing. We are only at 50% capacity due to rotating in and out of the office. We would want the new candidate to be inhouse for the first couple of weeks due to training, then they could rotate.
