Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Attorney with strong experience in personal injury and workers' compensation/Labor & Industry (L&I) cases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients, possess excellent negotiation and litigation skills, and be comfortable managing a busy caseload from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full caseload of personal injury and L&I claims.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop case strategies.
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
  • Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure efficient case progression.
