Qualifications

• Admitted to the CT Bar in good standing or eligible via UBE score transfer.
• Proven experience in negotiating and settling personal injury cases; trial experience is a plus.
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to form positive relationships with diverse populations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; prioritize tasks effectively.
• Balance independent work with collaborative efforts.

Responsibilities

• Represent and advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate case information thoroughly.
• Ensure compliance with statute of limitations and notice requirements.
• Negotiate assertively for fair settlements or verdicts.
• Deliver outstanding client service professionally and ethically.
• Build and maintain professional working relationships with staff members.
• Work primarily in Milford with occasional travel to other locations or courts.
