A well-established law firm in Portsmouth, Virginia, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 5-10 years of practice in personal injury or complex litigation. The firm represents clients in general civil matters and litigates cases in both state and federal courts, with a primary focus on personal injury, mass torts, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, and products liability. Trial experience is highly preferred. Strong negotiation and settlement skills are required.
