  • Draft and file PERM labor certification applications, including recruitment strategies, audit responses, and appeals
  • Prepare and submit EB-1 petitions for extraordinary ability and multinational executive/manager categories
  • Handle J-1 waiver applications (Conrad 30 and interested government agency waivers)
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for corporate HR teams and in-house counsel, advising on petition strategy, timelines, and compliance
  • Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and NOID notices with well-crafted legal arguments and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with the firm's corporate, M&A, and labor & employment practice groups on cross-functional client matters involving immigration components
  • Maintain organized case tracking and deadline management across a high-volume national practice

Role responsibilities

• Manage labor certifications
• Work on EB-1 petitions
• Process nonimmigrant visa petitions
• Manage J-1 waiver applications
