Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research using various platforms and tools to support case strategies and arguments
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, motions, and contracts, with precision and attention to detail
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations to advocate for their legal rights and interests
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on a wide range of legal issues, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to develop legal strategies and solutions that achieve favorable outcomes for clients
Qualifications
• Must have experience in Personal Injury Litigation
• Law Degree - Juris Doctor
• Must have an actively good standing with the Nevada Bar Association
• US Work Authorization
