Primary Responsibilities:- Provide production support for critical healthcare applications and services
- Drive resolution of P1/P2 incidents while coordinating resources across application, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams
- Participate in on-call rotation and major incident war rooms
- Monitor application health, system performance, and customer-impacting issues
- Ensure restoration objectives and SLA commitments are achieved
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities following major incidents
- Create high-quality Problem Records and preventive action plans
- Track corrective and preventive actions through closure
- Identify recurring incident patterns and recommend permanent solutions
- Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and resilience
- Establish and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and operational KPIs
- Develop runbooks, support documentation, and operational playbooks

Required Qualifications:- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, DevOps, SRE, or Operations Engineering
- 2+ years supporting enterprise-scale applications in production
- Experience leading P1/P2 incident response and RCA activities
- Strong ServiceNow Incident and Problem Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
- MySQL skills and familiarity with Hasura

The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
