What We're Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Associate Vice President (AVP), Community Systems and Integrations to join our team! The AVP, Community Systems and Integrations provides leadership for the integration and advancement of community-based systems and initiatives. The AVP, Community Systems and Integrations is responsible for directing county-funded projects in collaboration with the Regional Vice Presidents, human services system collaboration, partnership letters of support, community crisis system collaboration, and disaster preparedness and resilience activities across the catchment area.

In addition, this position will act as an organizational resource and advisor for complex member and community issues, leveraging expertise in community systems, public health plan, and facilitating solutions that support positive outcomes and system accountability.

On a typical day, you might:

  • Direct operations of the county health plan, THRive Local to include initiatives funded through county Maintenance of Effort and ABC funds ensuring alignment with organizational goals and county priorities
  • Direct the development and monitoring of cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Lead organizational engagement and partnership strategies with county human services agencies, such as, but not limited to Departments of Social Services (DSS) and County Health and Human Services Departments, fostering collaboration and system alignment for populations involved with child welfare, adult services, and other human services programs
  • Serve as executive liaison to DSS agencies
  • Provide direction of crisis collaboratives, community crisis planning, and campaigns designed to strengthen local crisis response infrastructure

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years' experience in health or human services, social services, healthcare, or business field.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Must be able to travel within North Carolina as required.

  • Supervision of two (2) or more employees
