Associate Veterinarian - Steele Creek Animal Hospital, Charlotte, NC

Join a practice where medicine, mentorship, and rehabilitation come together.

Now we're looking for a full-time GP veterinarian with surgical experience to join our team, work days and rotating weekends, and help us continue raising the bar for veterinary care in our community.

What You'll Do:

  • Build genuine rapport with clients, understand their needs, and deliver physical exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dental care that keep patient stress and discomfort to a minimum.
  • Communicate exam findings and diagnoses clearly, and walk clients. through treatment plans, preventive care, nutrition, and vaccine protocols.
  • Keep meticulous medical records and support colleagues with discharge, follow-up, and ongoing case management.
  • Stay current through CE, seminars, and the latest developments in the field.
  • Help mentor and develop our paraprofessional team.
  • Represent SCAH with pride in the professional community and beyond.


What You Bring:

  • DVM from an accredited university.
  • Active, good-standing license to practice veterinary medicine in North Carolina.
