Associate Veterinarian - Where Your Passion Meets Purpose

📍 Pico Veterinary Hospital San Clemente, CA

Compensation: $140,000-$180,000 base salary + production bonus + sign-on bonus

  • Provide thoughtful, effective medical care and lead with empathy
  • Work up cases with access to diagnostics including in-house lab, radiology, and more
  • Manage your time and your team with support from helpful protocols and SOAP-based systems
  • Take ownership of your cases while collaborating with a team that values shared knowledge
  • Prioritize urgent care and help patients when they need it most
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships and educate them on preventive care
