Compensation

Full-time veterinarians can receive a customizable compensation package that may total up to $200,000 in first-year compensation based on experience.

Choose the structure that fits your goals, including higher guaranteed salary, larger signing bonus package, or a combination of both.

  • Ability to react quickly and make decisions under pressure about the wellbeing of an animal
  • Strong fondness and understanding of animals

  • Knowledge of animal behavior
  • Ability to use medical technologies during diagnosis, research and surgery of animals
