Highland Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced small animal veterinarian (5+ years) with strong diagnostic skills and high proficiency in ultrasound to join our established, high-volume hospital.

This is a medical-forward GP role within a walk-in practice environment. Our hospital already has strong surgical depth, and we are specifically looking for a veterinarian who enjoys internal medicine workups, abdominal ultrasound, and preventative medicine, and who values practicing thorough, high-level medicine in a well-supported setting.

What We Offer
  • 4-day work week (~33 hours per week)
  • 3 weeks paid vacation
  • True 7:1 FTE staff-to-doctor ratio
  • High case volume with strong support infrastructure
  • Salaried position with a long-term cash incentive structure that rewards production performance
  • Opportunity to practice high-level medicine that remains accessible to the community

This opportunity is best suited for an experienced clinician who values autonomy and the desire to practice at a high-level that is simultaneously accessible to the community.

Compensation
  • $200,000-$300,000 total annual compensation potential based on productivity plus long-term cash incentive based on production.
  • Top-performing associates in our model have the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually depending on productivity.
