About the Area

Cisco offers the small-town atmosphere and open space that make this part of Texas special, surrounded by ranch and farm country in the heart of the Texas Big Country. Located directly along I-20, Cisco is approximately 45 miles east of Abilene and 105 miles west of Fort Worth, giving you rural living without completely giving up access to larger cities.

For time outside the clinic, nearby Lake Cisco offers boating and outdoor recreation, while the area’s ranching culture, historic downtown, and strong community ties make it a great fit for someone looking for a slower pace and room to spread out.

And a fun piece of local history: Cisco is home to the Mobley Hotel, the first hotel Conrad Hilton purchased, making the town part of the origin story of Hilton Hotels.
