As a Veterinarian at Hammond Veterinary Services, you'll provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care to companion animals in a supportive, collaborative environment. We're looking for someone confident in their clinical skills who communicates well with clients and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
What you'll do:- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical and surgical cases
- Perform wellness exams, vaccinations, and preventive care
- Build lasting relationships with clients and the broader Hammond community
- Work alongside a supportive team of technicians and support staff

QualificationsWhat we're looking for:- DVM/VMD from an accredited veterinary program
- Active or eligible Louisiana veterinary license
- Prior clinical experience required - we are not able to support a new graduate for this position at this time
- Strong communication skills and genuine compassion for animals and their owners
