ResponsibilitiesSummary: (Virtual / Remote Role) As an Associate Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for the independent execution of multiple small to medium sized projects from planning to execution phases of projectsdelivery lifecycle. This role drive initiatives in a matrixed delivery environment across multiple business functions and engineering teams. In this role, youre responsible for thorough planning: establishing structured project set up and stakeholder management, driving executional milestones, timelines and dependencies, and managing technical and business risks through mitigation planning to deliver enterprise value. You will be responsible for managing projects using agile and waterfall methods.

Physical Role Requirements: Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day. Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones. Repetitive motions using hands and digits; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: Bachelors degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, other related fields. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
Minimum Experience required(number of years necessary to perform role): 2+ years of experience preferred in managing technology projects in support of a highly technical environment, including experience in managing work in an agile environment

This role pays a base salary between $85,000 and $100,000 per annum, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
