Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in automotive technology, specifically vehicle transmission systems
• Hands-on knowledge of complete vehicle systems and exposure to ADAS development
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and functional safety principles
• Practical experience in software design life cycle with at least 2 completed projects
• Proficient in CAN communication and J1939 protocols
• Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, SVN, and Crucible
• Basic knowledge of MATLAB and development tools like Code Warrior and MPLAB

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a technical team while providing both technical guidance and administrative support
• Oversee and participate in the development of vehicle transmission systems
• Manage and contribute to projects involving advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS)
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity and functional safety standards during product development
• Communicate effectively with clients and various levels of management
• Coordinate activities across different time zones as per client requirements
• Utilize and enhance software tools and development platforms within projects
