Portfolio Support:- Assist with monitoring and analyzing property performance metrics such as occupancy rates, rent collections, operating expenses, and capital needs
- Conduct property reviews and support regular evaluations to identify opportunities or risks
- Support routine property inspections and ensure alignment with operational strategies
Financial and Strategic Support:- Assist in managing budgets, financial planning, and analyses to align with portfolio goals
- Collaborate with team members to optimize Net Operating Income (NOI)
- Provide assistance in preparing financial reports, audits, and compliance submissions
Compliance and Risk Management:- Help ensure properties comply with HUD, LIHTC, and other federal, state, and local requirements
- Identify and assist in mitigating risks, including physical, financial, and regulatory challenges
- Support corrective action plans to address compliance or performance issues
Team Collaboration:- Partner with AVP and property managers to execute operational strategies
- Assist Development and Acquisitions teams with seamless property onboarding
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- At least 3-4 years of experience in real estate, property management, or asset management, preferably in affordable housing
- Understanding of affordable housing regulations, HUD, LIHTC
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a proactive, results-focused mindset

Base Compensation Range:
$110,000.00 To $130,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company's base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
