Associate Space Vehicle Engineer
Position Responsibilities: - Ensure integrity of the ground system and command path in support of the mission
- Use MS-Windows or UNIX based computers for the development of the operational plan and analysis of data collected in support of planning future contacts or anomaly resolution
- Coordinate with management and peers to ensure integrity of operational products including procedures, tools, detailed event logging, and system configuration
- Analyze technical data and verify and sustain specific system configuration in accordance with defined parameters and operational requirements
- Monitor system performance and control system elements by initiating change commands to the system configuration to achieve mission objectives
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location option.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): - Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Able to successfully complete the Space Vehicle Certification program (Post Start), for continued employment, which requires a combination of self-study and on-the-job (OJT) training
- Ability to support after-hours deployments and rotational on-call
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance with Poly
- Classroom or work-related experience with aerospace or electrical engineering vehicles

Security Clearance:This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph Pre-Start is required.
