Associate Solution Engineer | RetailJoin Epicor as a Solution Engineer! The Solution Engineer, Assoc will assist the sales force (direct and channel) by providing in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and business use of our Epicor Retail POS product in order to close ERP sales opportunities.
What you will be doing:- Assist with preparing for and conducting software demonstrations along with Sales team.
- Document processes and provide workflow analysis in the retil vertical.
- Act as a technical resource and liaison between the sales force and customer.
- Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product development.
- Assist in conducting customer or prospect webinars.
- 30% travel, domestic
What you will likely bring:- Minimum of 1 year of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience
- Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales
- Experience in the retail or with POS systems
- Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations
- Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as: SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, Netsuite or other ERP companies or Value Added Resellers (VARs).
- 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

Range:Minimum: $62,000 USD Maximum: $100,000 USD
