Associate Security Operations and Administration Specialist
Position Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, integrating, and delivering cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives supporting ECS leadership: coordinate workstreams, track milestones and ensure deliverables align with organizational goals and timelines
Create, deliver and maintain executive-level visual presentations and briefing materials to communicate key messages to internal and external stakeholders, using approved templates and tools
Participate in the planning, organization, and facilitation of meetings and working sessions, including agenda development, pre-read materials, and meeting facilitation support
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance management systems and operating rhythms within the ECS organization, driving efficiency and effectiveness
Build and maintain productive relationships with program leadership, functional partners, and team members to enable collaboration, co-design solutions, and high-quality products and services
Work with the following tools and platforms: PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, project management tools (example Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.) and data visualization applications

Summary pay range: $80,750 - $125,350
