Description

The Section of Pediatric Critical Care seeks an exceptional Physician-Scientist to join our pioneering team. The successful candidate will work in the Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital's 22-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the main campus in New Haven, CT. We are particularly interested in individuals who can contribute to and further enhance our well-established and academically vibrant research program, which includes several NIH-funded researchers.

The successful candidate will join the faculty of the Department of Pediatrics at the Yale School of Medicine as an Associate or Professor of Pediatrics. A demonstrated record of research excellence is required, including a strong history of independent extramural funding. We seek a dynamic and collaborative individual who can lead and inspire innovative research at Yale, fully leveraging the immense talent and resources available at the Yale School of Medicine.

Beyond clinical and research duties, the ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership in mentoring within both research and clinical environments. This position provides an opportunity to shape the future of pediatric critical care through effective leadership, mentorship, and collaboration.
