  • Ensure requirements are implementation-ready and aligned with clinical workflow, privacy, security, regulatory, technical, business, and operational constraints.
  • Own the mechanisms and delivery of requirements with engineering, data engineering, clinical informatics, and vendor teams for assigned scope.
  • Partner with data engineering to define analytical requirements, data dependencies, documentation quality measures, adoption metrics, and reporting timelines.
  • Own delivery of dashboards, reporting, and lever-based analytics solutions that measure clinician utilization, documentation efficiency, quality, and product outcomes.
  • Coordinate delivery of AI-enabled and data-enabled solutions to ensure alignment with sprint goals, release timelines, governance expectations, and readiness activities.
  • Identify opportunities for incremental improvement in product execution, ambient workflow design, analytics enablement, adoption support, and delivery processes.
  • Escalate clinical, data, compliance, technical, adoption, or capacity risks and trade-offs to the Product Owner.

Backlog Management

  • Partner with the Product Owner, Tech Lead, architects, engineers, clinical informatics, and operational SMEs to break down work into executable backlog items.
  • Support backlog refinement by clarifying scope, dependencies, workflow impacts, data needs, and delivery sequencing.
  • Monitor sprint progress and proactively surface risks, blockers, decision needs, or scope concerns.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with the Product Owner in leadership-facing meetings, product reviews, demos, clinical governance forums, and stakeholder readouts.
  • Represent assigned scope in leadership discussions by providing clear status updates, risks, adoption insights, and delivery recommendations.
  • Prepare materials including readouts, demos, workflow summaries, dashboards, product insights, and decision briefs for leadership and stakeholder audiences.
  • Engage clinicians, clinical informatics, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate delivered solutions, and incorporate feedback into execution.
  • Support change management and adoption readiness by translating user feedback into prioritized product improvements and operational enablement needs.

Agile Process Participation

  • Actively participate in Sprint Planning, Stand-Ups, Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure stories meet definition of ready prior to sprint commitment and definition of done prior to release acceptance.
  • Support validation of completed work to ensure acceptance criteria, clinical usability expectations, and business outcomes are met.
  • Partner with the Scrum Master to improve delivery flow, predictability, execution discipline, and cross-team coordination.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
