The Associate Product Manager partners closely with Product Managers to drive product strategy and support the full product lifecycle of a global product portfolio. The Associate Product Manager works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Distribution, and other cross-functional partners to support customer needs, improve portfolio performance, and execute strategic product initiatives.
What You Will Do- Support Product Strategy and Business Growth by partnering with Product Managers to execute portfolio strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage Product Lifecycle Activities including product launches, portfolio optimization, product enhancements, and end-of-life planning.
- Analyze Portfolio Performance by evaluating sales, profitability, pricing, inventory, and market trends to identify opportunities and improve business results.
- Drive Portfolio Optimization by identifying SKU rationalization, product mix, and margin improvement opportunities that enhance portfolio performance and operational efficiency.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, distributors, and contract manufacturing partners to execute product initiatives and support customer needs.
- Support Commercial Excellence through pricing, forecasting, distributor programs, inventory planning, and business analysis.
- Deliver Market and Customer Insights by evaluating customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive activity to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Support New Product Introductions by partnering with cross-functional teams to successfully launch and commercialize new products.
What You Will Bring- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related business, engineering, or analytical role.
- Experience supporting products throughout the product lifecycle, including portfolio management, product launches, commercialization, or new product introduction activities.
- Experience analyzing product performance, profitability, pricing, forecasting, or market data to support business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in manufacturing, connectivity, networking, cabling, infrastructure, or related industries preferred.
- Experience with SKU management, distributor relationships, contract manufacturing, or product development processes preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
- Travel: Up to 10% travel for customer visits, industry events, and facility visits.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
