Full Job Description
The Associate will be involved in all aspects of a private equity investment transaction, including diligence, execution, and post-closing investment monitoring. The Associate will be an integral part of the investment team and is responsible for many important aspects of a live transaction, including financial analysis and due diligence processes.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE IS EXPECTED TO:

- Analyzing investment opportunities including conducting business, industry and financial due diligence.

- Preparing complex financial models.

- Drafting and presenting investment committee memoranda.

- Monitoring portfolio company performance.

- Preparing limited partner presentations, sponsor marketing and fundraising materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least ~2 years of relevant experience: investment banking, private equity/credit, transaction advisory, or equity/credit research.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Collaborative approach conducive to strong teamwork.

- History of outstanding performance and high level of motivation.

Total AUM estimated as of March 31, 2026.
