Join a collaborative technology team where you'll help power the tools and platforms that support business operations across the organization. As a Platform Admin Associate, you will contribute to platform configuration, system administration, data integrity, end-user support, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee and business experience.
In this role, you'll partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and end users to understand requirements, support system enhancements, and deliver solutions that align with business needs. You'll participate in configuration activities, testing, training, documentation, incident support, and agile project delivery while gaining expertise across platform applications and processes.
You'll also support device lifecycle operations, asset management, operational reporting, automation initiatives, and enterprise technology projects. Success in this role comes from being curious, collaborative, and eager to learn while helping create efficient, scalable solutions that improve day-to-day operations. What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of IT experience.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, Data Sciences, Economics, or Physics plus 2 years of IT experience.
- Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements; documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams; and collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency in basic office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HR processes and experience configuring HR technology platforms such as ADP, SuccessFactors, Vantage, or eTime, including familiarity with SQL databases and data exports/imports.
