We have particular expertise in energy and infrastructure, transaction related disputes, construction, bankruptcy and insolvency, and the regulatory frameworks governing the energy industry. Our Calgary office is currently seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join this group.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have three to five years' experience in litigation in a team environment, assisting on high-value, complex commercial disputes.

You will be focusing on: - Assisting as counsel with a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters in the areas mentioned above
- Drafting and presenting strong legal arguments through memos, briefs, facta, and court appearances
- Mentoring students and junior associates
What you bring to the role:- 3-5 years' experience gained within a reputable practice with significant exposure to complex litigation matters
- Excellent client service, communication and interpersonal skills
