Position Summary...

What you'll do...
Role summary:

The (USA) Associate Merchant supports category management by assisting with supplier negotiations, purchase order administration, and item setup for both stores and online channels. This role collaborates cross-functionally to resolve supplier issues, execute customer communication programs, and maintain product content accuracy. Utilizing data analysis and financial tracking, the Associate Merchant contributes to forecasting, budgeting, and promotional planning. The position requires strong vendor relationship management and strategic support to enhance customer experience and drive category performance while adhering to company policies and operational standards.
What you'll do:
  • Support supplier negotiations and manage purchase orders for assigned categories.
  • Assist merchants with supplier issue resolution and new supplier setup for stores and online.
  • Execute customer communication and education programs to enhance shopper experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate product content and search query quality.
  • Track category financial performance and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Develop and implement feature proposals and modular assortment strategies.
  • Leverage data analysis tools to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to align with business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
