  • Secure additional rates, availability, seasonal deals, and promotions during high-demand and compression periods.

  • Help partners make effective use of market insights, revenue management tools, promotional opportunities, specialized brand offerings, and self-service resources.

  • Use performance metrics and partner feedback to prioritize activity, deliver measurable outcomes, and improve the traveler experience.

  • Promote self-service, build your expertise through continuous learning, and travel up to 20% of the time for partner visits.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • You have experience or demonstrated interest in account management, partner or client success, consultative sales, hospitality, travel, or a related field.

  • You are proficient in English and can present ideas, recommendations, and directives clearly and persuasively.

  • You build relationships based on trust, mutual support, and collaboration with partners and diverse teams.

  • You are comfortable working with data, market trends, partner performance, and competitor information to identify opportunities and address business needs.

  • You can prioritize and manage multiple activities independently while collaborating effectively to achieve important goals.

  • You bring curiosity, resilience, a growth mindset, and enthusiasm for innovative technology and data-informed decision-making.
