  • Ensure digital storytelling, value propositions, and promotional mechanics are clearly communicated and executed with consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyze site performance, customer behavior, and eCommerce sales results using analytics and reporting tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Analytics and Optimization teams to inform testing strategies and continuous improvement of various areas of the website, including category landing pages.
  • Support and lead components of cross-banner, enterprise digital initiatives that impact general merchandising transactional experiences.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable frameworks, standards, and best practices that improve operational efficiency and execution consistency.
  • Act as a subject matter lead for general digital merchandising within broader digital projects and change initiatives.
  • Build strong working relationships with Merchandising, Marketing, UX, Product, IT, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to troubleshoot, track, and resolve onsite or back-end issues that impact the customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively within the Digital Merchandising team to manage workflows, timelines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, retail, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of online shopping behaviors and how digital merchandising influences conversion and customer confidence.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into clear recommendations (experience with tools such as Google Analytics is an asset).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
