ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a high-impact, customer-facing marketing team driving growth across SC Johnson Professional's diverse portfolio, including Skin Care, Industrial, Floor/Surface solutions, and trusted consumer brands like Raid®, Glade®, OFF!®, Windex®, and Ziploc® in "away-from-home" B2B channels. In this role, you'll partner closely with customers and distributors to deliver insight-driven marketing strategies that accelerate performance across a complex network of direct and indirect channels. This is an opportunity to leverage your experience in customer marketing, product marketing, and/or sales support to influence how iconic brands connect with institutional, industrial, and commercial users while contributing to meaningful, measurable business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create sales tools, marketing materials, merchandising solutions, digital presence, trade shows, print collateral, newsletters, advertising, promotions, special events and other ad hoc opportunities for key customers / distributors.
  • Build routines that drive customer / distributor value to showcase the value of partnering with SC Johnson Professional by focusing on key metrics, post program reviews, and success of new products, etc.
  • Support national, regional, and distributor trade shows in the form of booth displays, banners, literature, samples and more
  • Manage & ensure product information is up to date across Product Information Management (PIM) systems, websites, sales and customer materials.
  • Ensure proper stocking strategy is adhered to by working with sales to forecast product sales and create strategies for overstocked, underselling products
  • Partner with North American Consumer Brands (NACB) on implementing New Product Innovation within the distribution system including new item set up.
  • Support customer product item setup process by gathering product content/specs, digital images, eContent and etc. to ensure SCJP items are setup correctly in the customer's systems
  • Support Sales and Customer Marketing by managing distributor requests for sales and marketing assets across multiple channels and including ecommerce
  • Support New Item Product Lifecycle by proactively monitoring availability of images, maintaining communications with agencies on timing of images and enforcing image deadlines with such agencies
  • Work within a team managing assets and content used within the SC Johnson Professional website while implementing timely content to engage customers
  • Provide project and analytic support for distributor growth initiatives and other investments


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in marketing and/or sales
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment


PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
  • Microsoft Office + Teams + Sharepoint
  • Experience with B2B Marketing and Partnership with Sales
  • Knowledge and capabilities with SAP, IDM or GDSN networks and Salsify
  • Consistent and proven track record of delivering objectives in a timely manner and communicate any timing delays or project risks to relevant stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Approach situations and processes with curiosity and open mindedness while applying new learning
  • Ability to expertly handle multiple projects and priorities working with various internal and external partners and organizational levels.
  • Experience understanding, setting & refining processes within a marketing organization


JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Full-time position, regular business hours, Monday-Friday
  • This role is located at the SC Johnson Professional Corporate Office in Charlotte, NC
  • Remote work available once a week after 90-day onboarding period
  • Domestic relocation is not available for this role
  • Travel up to 10%
