What You Will Be Doing:
This position supports the management of US Government Depot repairs. LM Aero is responsible for establishing the infrastructure to manage, maintain, and provide technical support for Air System depot level maintenance and repairs. Lockheed Martin shall also support the United States Government (USG) in achieving USC Title 10 compliance. As the Component Repair Operations Associate Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for driving USG Repair Performance through disciplined execution and cross functional coordination. To achieve this objective, the candidate will:
-Collaborate internally to deliver a comprehensive multi-year repair demand forecast
-Develop and execute RoR budget to procure and replenish repair material to support the USG Depot component repairs
-Lead a team of 10 repair managers, ensuring adherence to common processes in support of scheduling, prioritizing F-35 component repair workloads at six USG Depot locations
-Monitor source of repair actions, identify constraints, and initiate deliberate actions to drive down Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) to achieve desired targets
- Workload Distribution Management Support (Depot vs. OEM)
- Represent Depot Component Repair Operations efforts in support of Agile Cell activities
- Support automating current processes, development of visual management dashboard, and near real time reporting of team KPIs.
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
-Experience working with Military Partner / Customers, or aviation maintenance environment or similar industry
-Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

-Advanced SAP Skills
-Advanced Excel (Lookup Functions, Pivot Tables, Charts, and Data Analysis Tools)
-Experience working in an Agile team environment to meet internal and external deadlines
-Prior experience with Tableau, xml coding
-Prior experience in aerospace industry
-Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work, multi-task, and manage time effectively
-Demonstrated success thriving in fast moving, mission critical settings where priorities shift rapidly
- Strong capability to develop, maintain, and synchronize multiple deliverable schedules, ensuring on time delivery
- Ability to lead cross functional teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative culture that meets demanding timelines
- Comfortable using data (e.g., KPIs, repair turnaround metrics) to drive decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
-Familiar with SQL Queries (SAP HANA), Tableau, xml coding
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $114,700 - $198,720. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
