Job DescriptionThe Associate Manager provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations within Facey Medical Foundation. Specific responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on patient care delivery, high quality customer service, patient satisfaction, staffing, budgeting and efficient allocation and use of available capital and human resources. May oversee the entire site workflows functions within Facey Medical Foundation.
Required Qualifications:- 2 years Supervisory and/or management experience within a healthcare environment, medical group office, or outpatient facility.
- Experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, health plan and support departments.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field. Or equivalent educ/experience
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
