Job Description:

The purpose of the Integration and Test engineer position is to synthesize and define test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems. Coordinate assembly level through system level integration and test activities and ensure that technical obligations are fulfilled. Works under the direction and guidance of team leads within standard processes for non-routine tasks. Communicates with contacts in own team to explain and interpret information. Works to achieve operaitons targets that impact team results.

Essential Functions:
  • Perform integration and test engineering tasks for to create or maintain test processes
  • Support the development of test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test flow, and test case design and implementation
  • Execute system, sub-system, CCA and component level functional testing and document results
  • Use critical thinkng to perform hardware troubleshooting down to component level
  • Setup, configure, and document hardware/software systems under test, including loading software onto multiple devices to perform verification and validation
  • Follows processes in conformance with established policies and objectives
  • Provides input to various Engineering disciplines to support product Lifecycle management
  • Support Operations manufacturing in failure trend analysis and ensure failure trends are quickly and effectively identified and resolved


Qualifications:

To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $68,000.00 - $126,000.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
