Full Job Description

At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As an Associate Executive Director, you support overall community operations while developing into an Executive Director, driving performance across care, sales, financials and team leadership.

What You'll Do:
• Support full community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance
• Assume Executive Director responsibilities and overall community leadership during ED absence
• Partner with the ED to drive occupancy, revenue growth and operational excellence
• Lead recruiting, hiring, coaching and performance management of team members
• Support budget management, expense control and financial performance
• Drive resident and family engagement, satisfaction and service recovery
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
• Participate in sales efforts, move-ins and community outreach initiatives
• Lead meetings, communicate priorities and align department leaders

What You'll Bring:
• Prior leadership experience (senior living preferred)
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Administrator license as required

81,016.00 - 111,904.00
